Terms of Use

1. Agreement to these terms

By downloading, installing or using Lisuvo ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app. The app is provided by Maksym Shupeikin, an individual developer ("we"), and is free of charge; it contains no purchases, no subscriptions and no advertising.

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age of digital consent in your country (up to 16 in parts of the EEA), to use the app.

2. Important driving & road safety disclaimer

Your safety and the safety of others is your sole responsibility.

  • No in-drive interaction: never touch, operate or adjust your iPhone or its mount while the vehicle is moving. Mount the phone and start the measurement before you drive off, and stop only after you have parked.
  • Informational purposes only: the scores (Dynamics, Smoothness, driving style and route metrics) are estimates derived from phone sensors, are affected by mounting, road and device conditions, and are provided for informational and entertainment purposes only.
  • Not a replacement for driver training: the app does not replace professional instruction, defensive driving training or any official vehicle or driver assessment, and is not evidence of how you drive.
  • Obey all traffic laws: speed limits, traffic rules and road conditions always take precedence over anything shown in the app.
  • Do not chase a score: the app is not a game to be played on public roads.

3. Your account

Measuring and scoring rides needs no account. Signing in with Apple creates a profile so that friends and the leaderboard can work. You are responsible for the Apple ID used to sign in and for the nickname and avatar you publish. You may delete your account at any time in the app (Profile → Delete Account).

4. Community content: zero tolerance for abuse

Nicknames, avatars and friend activity are visible to other people. There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behaviour. You agree not to submit content that:

  • is offensive, defamatory, abusive, harassing, obscene, sexually explicit or hateful;
  • infringes the intellectual property, privacy or publicity rights of anyone;
  • impersonates another person or entity, or is spam or a fake account.

Every profile in the app carries Report and Block actions. Blocking hides the two of you from each other immediately. Reports are reviewed and acted on within 24 hours: offending content is removed and the account behind it is suspended or terminated. We may remove content or terminate an account for a violation without notice.

5. Intellectual property

The design, code, logo, brand elements, visual style, algorithms and content of Lisuvo belong to us and our licensors. You may not copy, reverse engineer or redistribute any part of the app except where such a restriction is prohibited by law. Your rides and the content you upload remain yours; by uploading a nickname or avatar you allow us to display them in the app to the people described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Disclaimer of warranties & limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy of measurement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for vehicle accidents, traffic citations, equipment damage or personal injury arising from operating a vehicle. Some jurisdictions do not allow these exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you; nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

7. Apple

  • These terms are between you and us only, not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content.
  • Apple has no obligation to provide any maintenance or support for the app; support requests go to support@lisuvo.app.
  • If the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price, if any; to the maximum extent permitted by law Apple has no other warranty obligation. Any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs or expenses attributable to a failure to conform are our responsibility.
  • We, not Apple, are responsible for addressing any claim about the app, including product liability claims, claims that the app fails to conform to a legal requirement, and consumer protection claims, and any third-party claim that the app infringes intellectual property rights.
  • You confirm that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as terrorist-supporting, and that you are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
  • Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.

8. Termination and changes

You may stop using the app at any time and delete your account in the app. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms, and may modify, suspend or discontinue the service. We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the current version, and continued use after a material change means you accept it.
